About our shop

Bloodroot Tattoo is a semi-private, mostly appointment-based tattoo shop in Portland. To schedule, contact the artist you want to work with directly. Our new location is street level, and if there is any time for walk-ins, we might put out a sandwich board saying so, but those times might be pretty rare.

Our goal is to provide an easy and safe environment for clients who are looking to work with experienced artists. Please select an artist based on their work; make sure their style fits your project.

About our location

Bloodroot Tattoo is located at 135 NE 6th avenue, Portland Oregon 97232. It’s just a block and a half north of Burnside, and close to some of the best restaurants in Portland. There is paid parking via kiosk (Parking Kitty) on Couch and Davis, and 2 hour parking on 6th.

The shop is right on street level and ADA accessible. It has frosted windows for privacy from the street and a private bathroom as well.

We have seltzer water and fig bars (all vegan, and some gluten free as well) for clients, but you are welcome to bring whatever snacks or drinks you might want as well.
